Since 2000, Forge and its principals have successfully sponsored three real estate-oriented, closed-end private equity funds: Atlantic American Mortgage Fund I, LP, Community Reinvestment Partners, LP and Community Reinvestment Partners II, LP. Over the past decade, Forge and its principals have executed on their commercial real estate investment strategy through a series of closed-end private equity funds focused on direct real estate investment, real estate development and redevelopment, and real estate collateralized-debt acquisitions from financial institutions. During this period, Forge and its principals have executed on over $500 million in commercial real estate investment transactions.
